- The window size is probably too big. Try "sz -w 4096 filename".

- You can download, but not upload... Definately sounds like a handshaking
- problem. Make sure both your term program and modem are configured for
- hardware (RTTS) flow control. If this is actually a Unix problem, the
- command for receiving Zmodem on the unix end (so you can upload) is "rz"
- instead of "sz".
